Floor Repair

We start by repairing any cracks and holes. This step is crucial for the structural integrity of both the concrete slab and the epoxy flooring, an improperly prepared slab can cause the epoxy coating to fail over time. We use variety of materials including epoxy injection and patching compounds to smooth and level the surface.

Mechanical Grinding

Next we mechanically grind the floor to remove any traces of old coatings, stains, oils and glues. We also open the concrete pores and achieve the correct concrete profile for the epoxy to bond with.

Floor application

Once we are happy with the look of the concrete slab, we move onto applying the product. We start by applying a pigmented base coat followed by different layers required by each flooring system.

Sealer

Next we apply a protective polyaspartic topcoat, to protect the epoxy floor from stains, discoloration, scratches and damage. Your new floor is ready to walk on in 24 hours.
